or agent is your first contact. They will collect the required information about your claim
and report it to us. If your loss has occurred after hours and you need to
speak with someone immediately, your broker
has an emergency after hours claims number which they can use to contact a
Lanark Mutual representative if necessary.

Once we are notified through
your broker, we will contact you and will guide you through the claims
process. We may or may not send an adjuster to see you depending on the
circumstances of your claim.
