In the unfortunate event you have a claim, here's what to do:

Contact your broker or agent
immediately. They will collect the required information about your claim
and report it to us. If your loss has occurred after hours, your broker
has an emergency after hours claims number which they can use to contact a
Lanark Mutual representative if necessary.

Once we are notified, we will
process your claim and contact you with further information. We may
send an adjuster to see you depending on the type and size of claim.
